Sitting here in Naples, Florida...waiting for the adventure to begin.  The anticipation is driving me crazy, leaving what I know, what I am comfortable with.  I start this adventure at 1549hrs May 14, 2012 when I board a plane to Barrow, Alaska.  I am traveling to Samuel Simmonds Memorial Hospital to work a 3 month contract in the ER of the Northern most city in the USA.  We shall see what exciting adventures and opportunities await.
